Thank you for visiting and shopping at BEARMINSTER. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. PRODUCTION & HANDLING TIMES (ON-DEMAND MILLING)
BEARMINSTER operates strictly on an independent, on-demand capsule model to eliminate environmental deadstock waste. Every garment is cut, dyed, and custom-built specifically for you after your order is confirmed.
* Processing & Production Time: Please allow 3 to 7 business days for our production facilities to mill, inspect, and package your items before dispatch.

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
We offer worldwide express shipping to our international collective. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
* Standard International Shipping: 7 to 12 business days following the production window.
* Express International Shipping: 4 to 7 business days following the production window.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur depending on custom clearances in your country of destination.

3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has dispatched containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
BEARMINSTER is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
