A: We collaborate with premium, high-tech manufacturing and fulfillment syndicate. Our garments are cut, sewn, and customized in advanced facilities optimized for heavyweight premium textiles, then shipped directly to your doorstep.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Because each item is built to order, your experience is divided into two phases:
1. Production Phase: 3–7 business days to custom-mill and craft your piece.
2. Shipping Phase: 4–12 business days depending on your country and selected shipping method at checkout.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. BEARMINSTER caters to a global syndicate. We provide tracked worldwide express shipping to almost every country. Customs fees or import duties, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: As our automated production queue begins almost immediately after checkout, modifications or cancellations can only be requested within 2 hours of your purchase. Contact us immediately at contact@bearminster.com.

Q: Are your t-shirts oversized?
A: No. Our heavyweight 300 GSM t-shirts are not oversized dresses. They are engineered with a modern boxy, relaxed cut and customized drop-shoulder geometry, meaning they fit true-to-size while maintaining a rigid streetwear frame.
Q: What does GSM mean, and why is it so high?
A: GSM stands for Grams per Square Meter. It indicates the weight and thickness of the fabric. Standard retail hoodies are usually 250 GSM. BEARMINSTER uses premium combed cotton weighing up to 420 GSM for hoodies and 300 GSM for t-shirts, creating that stiff, thick, and premium drape characteristic of luxury streetwear.

Q: Can I exchange my item if I ordered the wrong size?
A: Since every item is manufactured exclusively for you upon order, we cannot accommodate exchanges or refunds for sizing mistakes. Please carefully review our size charts on the product page before ordering.
Q: My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
A: If a garment is defective, structurally compromised, or misprinted, we will replace it immediately. Send your Order Number and clear photos of the defect to contact@bearminster.com within 14 days of delivery.
